Why is fitness important for us?

Every person wants to be fit but what's the reason behind it?

There are many reasons behind it.
  • It decreases the risk of diseases and give a long life.if we are healthy then we can live our life happily and we can also enjoy our life.
  • If we are fit and has perfect body then it makes our look better or attractive.
  • If we are physically or mentally fit then it also affects our motivation power and helps us in meditation.
  • It also cures us from diseases like blood pressure,diabetes and stress or depression.
  • Sleep is also equally important to be fit so we should sleep even 8 hours in night.
