- I would like to suggest you to use stairs instead of elevator. it is the best exercise to lose weight or reduce fat.
- Give half an hour or a hour to exercise. you can make your own schedule for doing exercise
- Skipping is also a best exercise it helps us to get fit or to get flexible body.

Every person wants to be fit but what's the reason behind it?
There are many reasons behind it.
- It decreases the risk of diseases and give a long life.if we are healthy then we can live our life happily and we can also enjoy our life.
- If we are fit and has perfect body then it makes our look better or attractive.
- If we are physically or mentally fit then it also affects our motivation power and helps us in meditation.
- It also cures us from diseases like blood pressure,diabetes and stress or depression.
- Sleep is also equally important to be fit so we should sleep even 8 hours in night.
what should we eat to stay fit
Food has a great role in fitness and for being healthy. Today i will discuss about the food which we should eat to stay fit. now i am going to share some tips which will really helps you to stay fit or being healthy.Firstly i would like to say that people should not miss their any meal. they should take proper breakfast, lunch or dinner but people should avoid eating more at night.
- People should eat green vegetables like broccoli and mustard greens these items include calcium, iron and vitamins which is really very important for being healthy.
- Fruits are also very healthy for our health we should eat even one fruit daily. Apple includes fiber and berries have power to fight against cancer. You all who wants to be fit should include these things in their diet they should also add whole grains in their diet.
- I want to give one more advice that people should avoid dieting it harms the body so try to avoid it.

we all want to be fit in our life but do you know the exact meaning of fitness? Fitness is all about condition of being healthy physically or mentally both. It is most important in today's world because now a days number of diseases are increasing day by day so people should try to stay away from them. now i am going to give some tips through which we can get fitness. I usually do this to be fit.
first of all sports are the effective way to be fit. Through sports a person can become physically or mentally fit. due to sports a person do not need to go to the gym. Most people think that without gym we cannot get fitness but in my point of view we can get fitness without gym if we want. the second way of getting walk it is also very helpful to get good health.
