Which Exercise should we do in daily routine?

Here i am going to give some tips which would help you to keep fit.

  • Jogging is the best exercise so we should do everyday it helps us in losing weight or makes our bones strong.
  • I would like to suggest you to use stairs instead of elevator. it is the best exercise to lose weight or reduce fat.
  • Give half an hour or a hour to exercise. you can make your own schedule for doing exercise
  • Skipping is also a best exercise it helps us to get fit or to get flexible body.
