what should we eat to stay fit

Food has a great role in fitness and for being healthy. Today i will discuss about the food which we should eat to stay fit. now i am going to share some tips which will really helps you to stay fit or being healthy.Firstly i would like to say that people should not miss their any meal. they should take proper breakfast, lunch or dinner but people should avoid eating more at night.

  1. People should eat green vegetables like broccoli and mustard greens these items include calcium, iron and vitamins which is really very important for being healthy.
  2. Fruits are also very healthy for our health we should eat even one fruit daily. Apple includes fiber and berries have power to fight against cancer. You all who wants to be fit should include these things in their diet they should also add whole grains in their diet.
  3. I want to give one more advice that people should avoid dieting it harms the body so try to avoid it.
